Simply remove the paper backing that protects the glue and place the patch down where you would like it, then place a piece of baking paper over the top (optional) to protect your iron from the glue and pass over the top with the iron for a few seconds on a high heat.

It would be best to stitch around the edge of this patch to your chosen item if you intend to wash it often as the glue may break down when washed.
